Description
A book-length report documenting war crimes by Serbian and Yugoslav government forces against Kosovo Albanians (24 March – 12 June 1999) by municipality, with chapters on the chain of command, KLA abuses, NATO's conduct and postwar abuses against Serbs, Roma and others.
