Human Rights Watch and Helsinki Watch documented the dismissals as part of the policy of the time [1] [2]. The archive gives no overall figure until one is verified with a clear source and definition. An Oral History Kosovo testimony describes the dismissal of Albanian staff from the perspective of a Serb employee [3].
