Description
Adopted under Chapter VII at the 3868th meeting. Its third preambular paragraph condemns the use of excessive force by Serbian police forces against civilians and peaceful demonstrators, as well as all acts of terrorism by the Kosovo Liberation Army or any other group or individual; it imposes an arms embargo on the FRY, including Kosovo.
