The full English text of the Interim Agreement negotiated at Rambouillet and Paris: Framework; Constitution; Police; Elections; Economic issues; Implementation (with Appendix B on the status of the NATO-led multinational force); Ombudsman; Final clauses. Chapter 8 provides for an international meeting after three years to determine a final settlement.
