Description

The agreement setting out the phased, verifiable withdrawal of all FRY forces from Kosovo within 11 days and the terms of KFOR's deployment. Signed by Lt Gen Mike Jackson (KFOR), Col Gen Svetozar Marjanović (VJ General Staff) and Lt Gen Obrad Stevanović (Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs).

Limitations and reliability

The text does not name Kumanovo as the place of signature; the old link on NATO's site is dead.
