Description
A report documenting serious violations of humanitarian law in Kosovo from February to early September 1998, including the attacks in Drenica (Likoshan, Qirez, Prekaz). It notes that the KLA also violated the laws of war, for example by taking civilian hostages and carrying out summary executions.
