A student organization representing the students of the parallel Albanian university in Prishtina. On 1 October 1997 it organized large peaceful protests demanding that Albanian students be allowed back into university buildings, in line with the unimplemented 1996 education agreement. The protests were dispersed by Serbian police and marked a more active form of civic resistance.
