A non-governmental organization founded in Prishtina at the end of 1989. Throughout the 1990s it documented the arrests, ill-treatment, dismissals and killings affecting Kosovo Albanians, and its reports were used by international organizations. As an organization of the affected community, its documentation is a valuable source, but figures and details should be compared with independent sources.
