Detentions at the Kukës Metal Factory

According to the final judgment of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, about 40 people were held by the KLA at the Kukës Metal Factory, Albania, from about 17 May to 5 June 1999 in inhumane conditions; one detainee died.
