Description
Adopted at the 4011th meeting on 10 June 1999: it establishes international civil (UNMIK) and security (KFOR) presences under UN auspices, provides for “substantial autonomy within the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia” during the interim period, and for the demilitarisation of the KLA.
