Description
Volume II documents human rights violations from mid-June to 31 October 1999 by region, with a chronology, a right-to-life annex and a list of gravesites. It identifies revenge as the leitmotif; victims include Serbs, Roma, Bosniaks, Turks, Croats and Albanians who opposed the dominance of self-styled administrations.
