Description
A statistical evaluation (64 pp.) of the completeness and quality of the Kosovo Memory Book database (version of 7 November 2014), linking it against ten other victim lists. Period: 1 January 1998 – 31 December 2000. It counts 13,517 “war victims”, 1,603 “potential victims” and 2,881 “not war victims”, and finds the list complete except for “a few tens” of deaths.
